We had a great experience working with the team at CertaPro Painters of Nashua/Westford! Andy, who met with us to create an estimate was throrough and knowledgable. He responded to our inquiry immediately and was at our home within days. Heather, the operations coordinator was in constant contact and helped relay requests to the team quickly. Any items not addressed in the initial estimate were handled quickly and fairly. We requested some additional clean up once the job was complete and the team was at our home within days to finish the job. Thank you for the great service and work!

First time using CertaPro to paint exterior of my house. House built late 1800s and because of Covid it was long overdue to be painted. The crew assigned did a awesome job overall but especially with the prep. Would highly recommend CertaPro.

Extremely poor experience, I would not work with CertaPro ever again. Poor quality work, poor wall prep before painting, paint splatters allover hardwood floors due to not using drop cloths, delay after delay during the job, less than a year later there are numerous places I’ve found where there are cracks where they patched, drips showing, paint on window screens….I could go on and on ..

The Nashua CertaPro team did an excellent job from start to finish on our house. Sarah and her team were able to get to our project fast. Gordon and Andy helped walk us through the whole project and made recommendations on areas we overlooked. Heather was excellent with our color selection. Herc and his crew did very good work and provided fast professional service. They even came back after the job was done to do a final cleanup of every paint chip. I had a wonderful experience with Certa pro painter to paint my daughters room and the outdoor deck. Andy who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The painter too who came over did an amazing job. The prices were also just about right. Overall had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend them for any painting project !

They did a great job. Showed up on time and got right to work and I’m very happy with the painting. I will be using them again next summer for another exterior painting project. I have used them yearly starting in 2018 for maintenance painting of my barn

As well as Heather, the Manager in the office – a top notch professional. Get this, I unknowningly over-paid them and got a call from Heather to rectify the situation – how’s that for an honest company?
