My relationship with Austen and his company, A&T Painting, started one year ago. I was doing my annual paint touch-up when I noticed several hours later that I had made a massive mistake. None of the touch-ups matched after drying on the 15 walls I had just painted. After the realization of what I had done set in, I decided to call a professional to correct my mistake. Austen answered and came out to our home the same day, he was kind and more informative than I could’ve imagined. Instead of selling me something I was ready to purchase, he advised me how to fix the problem. I’ll never forget that day when I was prepared to commit tens of thousands of dollars to my mistake, and a friendly professional lent his insight on how to solve my problem at a minimal cost with no advantage to himself. Fast-forward to today. Several weeks after purchasing a new home that desperately needed painting, I called Austen. Austen arrived at our house, quickly identified everything that needed to be done, and promptly and professionally supplied our estimate. There was no need to check around because you can have a level of trust when someone is a true professional in their craft. Austen is more than a professional; he is an expert, and the finished product in our home is proof of that. Austen and team, I could not be more impressed with the work you have provided. Jimmy did a fantastic job painting our garage doors and front doors! We are so happy! The price was the best out of all 3 quotes we got. Was happy to support a South Lyon business. I had Austen paint the entire exterior of my home including trim. He did an excellent job. He was on time every day and finished the job when he said he would. He kept in contact with me prior to and during the job. My home looks brand new! Highly recommend him.

Our home was in need of a freshen up. We hired A & T painting. Austen is courteous and very professional. He and his crew power washed the house, replaced rotted boards and painted all trim. The house looks fabulous! I would definitely use them again!

Very reliable, polite and went the extra mile. I’m a bit picky and Austen listened to all the details no matter how small to make me satisfied . They made sure that all outside house repairs were done properly before painting. I’m so happy to have someone to help me with my next project.

Austen and his crew were professional, helpful and they work very hard. They did exterior painting on our house and it looks so beautiful. They really went the extra mile with replacing rotted wood and a few other repairs that needed maintenance. They came when they said they would and have our house looking as good as new thank you so much
