I have an enormous deck that was severely damaged during a hail storm. As I was struggling with the insurance company, Meaghan my estimator was extremely patient and did everything in her power to find a price and plan that fit my needs. Mitch the project manager was very attentive and detailed throughout the entire process. Any concerns I had were addressed in a very timely manner. Henry and his team did an amazing job on the deck and it is night and day different from the disaster they started with. We had additional repairs that were found during the project that weren’t originally on the quote. I was fearful that the extra repairs would cost a fortune. However, the team made the extra cost minimal and I was able to stay with in my budget. I would highly recommend Cetrapros and I will use them again in a couple of years when the house needs repainting.

While I was expecting a “crew of 4-5 people” as per the info I received when I got my quote, the crew of two did a fantastic job. They did a good job taping and masking the windows over and cleaned up well after. They started on pressure washing on Monday,Tuesday rained, Wednesday and Thursday they finish the pre work (scraping and, masking and priming) and on Friday got the two coats of paint on my house. I would recommend CertaPro.

We were very pleased with CertaPro and the job they did painting the exterior of our home! From the initial estimate with Meagan, to scheduling with Mitch, we had great communication at a very fair price. Huge kudos to Luis & his partner who came on a very hot Saturday and completed the painting that same day!! It looks wonderful and we will definitely recommend them to family & friends.

My painter arrived in a timely manner, had all the necessary tools to work, and worked efficiently. He taped off all edges, including on carpets. I had 3 areas for him to paint. He primed one and while that dried, he moved to the next area. He kept me apprized of all progress, meticulously cleaned all areas. He came back the next day to inspect the drying and touch up anything that needed to be. I am very pleased with the job he did.
