We have worked with Certapro for several jobs over the last 7 years. We have always been happy with their work. They show up on time when they say they will, give honest estimates, and do great work. We recently had them paint our entire new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kory managed the project and communicated well, and the painting team did great work. We will use them for years to come.

We were extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by CertaPro Painters. Despite hiring them for drywall work in our bathroom, we were only informed three days prior to the project start date that they were unable to proceed.Which led to a month-long delay as we scrambled to find an alternative company to complete the job. Their lack of communication and disregard for our project deadlines reflects poorly on their professionalism and reliability. I would caution others against entrusting CertaPro Painters with their home improvement projects, as their failure to fulfill commitments has resulted in both time and monetary losses.

Bruce and the team at CertaPro did an excellent job on my interior project. I had Ellicio as my painter with his team. My house hadn’t been painted in over 20 years so it was in dire need. They did foyer, great room, kitchen, ceilings, trim, baseboard fireplace mantle, exterior door, and I have a vaulted ceiling. They have a Sherwin-Williams paint consultant that helped me out to confirm the paint colors that I wanted to use free of charge. Out of seven quotes I received they were, the most competitive in cost. They were done with the job in three days, and Bruce was happy to send Ellicio back for a couple touchups that I needed. Ellicio and his team were efficient, clean, and superior quality. I highly recommend Certapro of Auburn Hills.

Great experience! Certa Pro Rochester just did a complete outside paint job on my home. The brick was stained white and all the gutters and doors were painted too. From the beginning, Bruce and Kory made the process easy with great communication. Hernan and his crew did a great job and really made sure all the details were covered. Excited to use this team for more projects!

We love the result of the “white wash” look. We knew it might be tough to create the look, but Fred did a great job. After it dried it didn’t look quite right. We called the next day and Fred came out and fixed the look. We highly recommend CetraPro Painters.

Once again in April 2024, we hired Bruce and Certa Pro to do interior painting in our great room. What would have taken me months and possibly dangerous heights for me, Certa Pro did to perfection in 2 days. I highly recommend this company. I have tried other local painters with less than expected results. All I could here upon my announced drip in visit was the sound of rollers working in concert! No loud music or unprofessional language by anyone here. Prior review: Bruce and his team have more than met my expectations for the two projects they have done for me. My exterior wood cedar was looking pretty rough and we considered full replacement. The Certa Pro team was able to scrape and repaint the entire exterior to a level I was not sure was possible. Saved us a ton of money over full replacement. 👍💰💯
