From beginning to end, they were clear about what they could and would do, clear on timelines, clear on payment methods and on taking the time we needed to be sure what we wanted. Elena and Andrey are a super star team! They did an excellent job refacing my kitchen cabinets. The entire experience was very easy and smooth. They delivered on time and within budget. Elena is very responsive and kept me informed of the progress and milestone dates. Andrey is very meticulous and produced high quality work with great care to details. Highly Recommend! I went on Thumbtack for the first time looking for someone to paint my kitchen cabinets. The first contractor I came across was Andrey and his company Great Decor. They were rated 5 stars. I read every single review and thought yup this is who I’m going to use. I think I was sold on the prep work I saw in the review pictures. Each cabinet was meticulously lined and covered – including all surrounding areas – walls, floors etc. And I thought to myself that anyone that can plan well is sure to execute even better. I sent Andrey a message on Thumbtack and he responded in less than an hour. The process was smooth and efficient. As this was my first time, I had loads of questions and Andrey and his team answered them – sometimes even twice 😂 Andrey adviced on color educating me on undertones etc. His workers were cool, calm, respectful and cleaned after themselves! Everything was done to perfection and I’m beyond happy with my new warm white cabinets! Thanks Great Decor. Recommending you to my community!

Kitchen Update did a fabulous job of providing an incredible upgrade to our 25-year-old kitchen cabinets. The result will provide both value to our home and enjoyment for years to come. We chose a black satin finish for our dated and faded maple cabinets. The process was efficient and clean. After removing the cabinet and drawer fronts for re-finishing at the factory, it was a 2-day event to have the frames professionally painted at our house. A few days later, the team installed the doors and drawer fronts with new soft close hinges in about 4 hours. Elena and Andre were professional, timely, and a joy to work with. I was referred to Kitchen Update from a friend who had their cabinets painted almost 15 years ago and told me they were still perfect. I had my wooden cabinets painted white and they turned out beautiful. The finish looks like it came from the factory. The workers were very neat and cleaned up after leaving each day.. They were only in my home for 3 days as the doors and drawer fronts are taken to the shop. I had some minor adjustments and they responded within hours and came back and fixed everything. Great work and reputable company.

I seldom write reviews, but my experience with Andrey and Elena was too good not to share. Andrey did expert work updating the kitchen (adding a backsplash and refacing the cabinets and drawers) before I put it on the market. He and Elena were thoroughly professional and a true pleasure to work with.
