I needed to have my 120-year-old house in the Highlands painted, the whole house. I knew it was going to be expensive but it needed to be done so I got a couple of estimates and decided to go with Chuck Rader. He does a lot of work in the Highlands. I can’t say enough good things about them. The crew was friendly to start off with and that makes things much easier. But they were so professional they didn’t miss a spot as far as I know and they were on spot at 8 o’clock every morning. They did what they said they would they came when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. Chris Rader gave me a fair estimate and the work was impeccable. I was very pleased with everything they did, needless to say I was worried about having this big job done and paying for it. I will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of big job or little job job done on their home. Well done!

Chuck Rader and his team did work at our previous home and we were so impressed we asked them to paint the entire interior and exterior of our new home. Chuck delivers what he promises. The crew shows up on schedule, is friendly and polite, and does immaculate work. Chuck has regular employees so the same painters come each day. They leave the work area neat and tidy at the end of the day. They are flexible and were happy to do extra small tasks beyond the original scope of the project. They are also very kind to pets. We give Chuck Rader our highest recommendation.

Our home had suffered water damage leading to sagging drywall, peeling drywall tape, water stains and mildew. Chuck Rader’s team corrected each of these problems to perfection – including in spaces that were challenging to access — making everything look like new again. We appreciate their diligence and attention to detail, and give them our highest recommendation.

Terrible attention to detail and when I pointed out how messy certain spots were, Chuck told me, “I had eagle eyes and that I am a perfectionist”. Very rude and condescending. I have never had a contractor speak to me that way before.

Chuck squeezed my job in during a busy time for his company. My job was probably closer to an inconvenience to Chuck then it was a moneymaker. However, he sent Mike over to take care of my project within a week. I would definitely use Chuck again.

This may be a great painting contractor, but they never returned my call. I always get marketing literature from them and thought I’d give them a try. 2 weeks and no call back. I have no comments about their quality of work. Maybe not calling me back was a one time thing

Great experience! I had a large deck that I thought would need to be torn down and replaced. But Chuck suggested a thorough power-wash and application of a new type of deck stain he had recently started using. When his team was finished the deck looked like new! His expertise saved me a lot of money and added tremendous value to my home.
