Sean and his crew were terrific! Andrea, the color consultant, was really helpful. Eddie and his crew skillfully replaced some wood rot and neatly changed the color of our home. I’m a repeat customer, Eddie did a terrific job cleaning and staining our deck a couple of years ago. Nicely done, we can highly recommend Sharper Impressions.

The Sharper Impressions team did work on our home a couple years ago. The skill and quality was poor. I had to have the lead come out several times to show the quality and have his team unexperienced team redo work (e.g. instead of replacing battens, they just cut small pieces to replace the affected area, or just painting over flakey paint). Recently, I had noticed on the side of the house where they replaced several pieces of siding, battens, and trim was highly damaged by moisture (way worse than the original material that had been there for many years). After further detailed investigation, it was obvious that it was all installed incorrectly. While it was only a few months outside of warranty, I assumed Sharper Impressions would fix this obvious error and quality escape since the condition was so much worse than the original condition that had been there way longer. The experience was terrible. You call them, and they point you to creating a claim. You create a claim with no email acknowledgement, just a automated response when you submit the claim that it will be planned and worked in a reasonable time. After multiple claims and calls, I finally found a back door way to get them to respond, only for them to say it is out of warranty and only their painting has a warranty. No apology, no follow-call, just an unapologetic letter. I don’t write reviews (my first) and it isn’t worth my time fighting it, so I felt obligated to share my experience. I would never recommend them no matter how cheap the quote. I also feel their 4.6 rating is false. I recall have seeing it much lower.

I was very impressed with Chris who responded to my request for a quote and the detailed listing on exactly the area that needed attention. Once I agreed to the pricing Chris was at my door on our agreed day and time. The Sharper team did an excellent job in prep and final paint that was needed. Thank you Chris and the paint team.
