Overall the job itself was well done and in a timely manner. But because the cleaned their sprayers in my back yard and killed a patch of my grass, I can’t give a higher score.

All in all, we are satisfied with the job completion. The house was left requiring some additional clean up and minor touch ups, but the job was completed in a timely and efficient manner which we needed. A complication we ran into- our initial proposal allowed us to keep costs low (because our house is a rental). When I followed up with questions regarding paint colors, time on the job, and change in the quote, we were assured by email that there would be minimal, if any, change in the cost. The day before the project was to begin we were informed that the cost of the project would be an additional $2000 (on top of what we were already painting). Because of timing, we chose not to cancel the project. We responded with screen shots of the email conversations we had sent as well as our frustration about the late notice price change. I received zero response. With the amount of money we spent on this house project, we would have expected more professionalism, communication, and customer service.

Be prepared to manage the contract painters yourself. The CertPro project manager made just one appearance on the first day and did not return to my house to check progress or quality of the work.

The team did a fantastic job on the house. I was concerned at times how they would prep some areas since everything was sprayed (and bankrolled as needed) but the finished product is impeccable. The only minor critique I have is there are many different individuals with whom I was in contact. There is someone who does the estimate, another for the color selection, one who seemed to be in charge of a few different teams and another that was the team leader. At times I was not sure with whom I needed to speak, depending on the question. All in all, they did a fantastic job and I’d DEFINITELY hire them again.
