Skylar and Kraig did a wonderful job painting my living room! It looks great and is just what I wanted. They were on time, communicated well and were very efficient. I’ll be having them back. The results of Phase 2 were done with the same quality and attention to detail as my first project. I was very pleased with the work done by Skylar and Kraig. They went above and beyond.

We chose this company because of the reputation they have locally, and knew that it would come at a much higher cost because of that. We had all of our interior windows sanded, patched & painted (about 26 in all). We give 2 stars because of the PROS below. PROS: Communication, on-time & willing to work around our schedules. Everyone was very kind and helpful. CONS: We are unhappy with the final result. In our case, there was a lack of attention to detail and the work does not support what we paid. All of the windows now have painted debris throughout. Patching, caulking and sanding was minimal (despite our agreement), so you can see where the old paint was covered. Overall, the windows look sloppy. We understand that painting windows is a tedious job; therefore, we felt it was worth the cost to pay to have professionals do it. In our case, we wish we would have just done it ourselves. Pictures provided are an example of the finished product. Most of our windows look like a version of this.

We used Bruce Otte Painting for our new house and they did a tremendous job. Our painters Skylar and Kenny were outstanding. They both were personable, courteous and professional. We had a tight timeline for the project and Skylar and Kenny not only meet the deadline but were done a day before with the highest quality of work. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Bruce Otte Painting! We hired them to paint the entire interior of our new home and Skylar and Kenny knocked it out of the park. They were on time or early every single day, incredibly professional, and generally very pleasant to work with. We had a tight timeline for the size of our project and they completed it a day early – and that is with a number of small add ons we asked them to do!! Every interaction we had – whether it was with Skylar and Kenny directly, or the office manager Dylan, or Adam – we felt very taken care of and absolutely will use Bruce Otte for any painting services we need in the future.

I can’t say enough about this Company. Skylar refinished my kitchen cabinets with the help of Kraig. Great care was taken to deliver a blemish free product. I am very happy with my updated kitchen. Thank you to them and Dan who added the painting update! Love it!
