From the moment I put in a request to receive a quote to the final end product, Chrissy and her team were phenomenal. The communication was top tier. We opted to have our house painted while we were out of town so kids and dogs were out of the way, and the communication was impeccable. I never worried about them being in our home. When we got home to see the final product in person, beautiful. It’s like having a brand new home.

We recently had the exterior brick on our house stained by Artisan Painting. What a great experience! All of the people we worked with were professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the entire process, and of course, the results were high quality.

Artisan painted several rooms on the interior and the shutters, trim and porch floor on the outside of our home. It was a large job that took a week. Will came out to do our estimate and was professional and patient while we asked a lot of questions to ensure we were aligned with our expectations. We also asked clarifying questions upon receipt of the estimate. While the management team was super helpful, responsive and passionate about making sure that we were happy the skill level of the crew on our job was poor. Chrissy was attentive to our concerns, but the end product was okay and the attention detail did not meet our expectations. Below is a list of the types of things that impacted our overall satisfaction with the quality of the work performed. -There are several areas around interior trim where the old paint is still visible, or the lines are not clean. -Some areas the tape appears to have been cut off and the dry wall is now cracked or in some places the tape has been painted over and pieces of the tape remain. -The crew laid plastic and paper down on our hard wood which was covered with paint splatter by the end of day one, it also would not have properly protected the floor well when moving a ladder with rough footing throughout the house. This was addressed by Chrissy and the Crew wrapped the ladder feet with rags. -Paint splatter was on our outside screens and drips on the porch floors. -The outside door was painted with interior trim paint which is off white, the doors are white- this was corrected, however, whoever painted the door rolled it versus brushing it which has given the door a flat appearance. The roller was set down while painting which made a paint stain shaped like the roller brush on the concrete. -Areas of the wall that were patched were done so poorly. -We requested that the air vents and switch cover plates be removed so that they could be painted around, however in one area the holes to put it back on had been patched over. – A 3M hook was accidently left under the fireplace and was painted around instead of being removed. -There are several visible spots where trim paint is on the wall or the wall paint is on the trim. -2 sections of trim were missed on outside of house – the crew came back to repair but did so quickly we are not convinced they applied 2 coats. -The paint on the upstairs deck is thin in many spots & the bare wood is showing thru. The porch floor has several drip spots where paint is thick and in some spots starting to peel away and the old paint color showing thru. The crew leader left the job site after receiving instructions from Chrissy on day 1 and did the same nearly every day after, which made it difficult to communicate with the crew when we had questions or concerns as he was the only one who spoke English. While the owners are passionate about their business and customer service without them on site everyday they can not properly oversee their crew or the quality of the work delivered.

The Artisan Painting team was top-of-the-line. Everyone from Will, sales, to Chrissy, Manager, but most importantly, Darwin and Glenda, the team that provided the outstanding paint job, rejuvenated our kitchen cabinets with fresh new color, and painted the walls of our main room. We highly recommend the professional team at Artisan Painting. Thank you all for such a great and professional job!

I recently relocated to Hinesville from Central Illinois. I found Artisan Painting Inc on Facebook. From first contact, to Job scheduled, to job complete less than 2 weeks! I had a change order on the Sunday prior to the project to start on Monday. They were able to add 3 additional rooms to the project! They were very professional and stayed in constant contact through the entire process. They completed wall repairs, painted ceiling, walls and trim in our Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Foyer, 2 hallways, 1 bathroom and the Guest bedroom/ Office. 2 of the rooms had 14’ ceiling. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be calling them back to complete the remainder of the rooms.

Finding a good contractor can be difficult. Artisan did a great job on a very large project. We had both the inside and outside painted. The Artisan Team was extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. Quality work with continuous feedback! We are planning a further renovation to the house and will be using Artisan to complete the painting work. Happy to provide a reference over the phone if you would like.

What a pleasure to deal with Chrissy and her team. Will came out to give us a quote and he was so friendly and answered all my questions. Chrissy was fast in responding with the quote and less then 10 days later Efrain the team leader and his team started. They gave us free music as they worked ;). We have an old house that was built in 1883 and they respected it and me. Thank you again Artisan and team well done!!!
