We have resided in our home for 25 years. We secured 5 Quotes ans by far Rodriguez came in with the best rate. I read reviews to get a level of comfort. Rodriguez Painting Exceeded all expectations. Our home was pressure washed, carpentry repairs and exterior painted the entire home. Our neighbors were so impressed their home was completed last Friday. We are thrilled! The professionalism, punctuality was 5 star+.

5 out of 5, highly recommend! From start to finish Rodriguez was quick to respond, fast to provide a quote, answered all of my questions, and came out next day to start the job and finished our entire exterior paint job in 1.5 days. They were thorough with pressure washing, repainted our chimney cap, repaired any chips in our siding, caulked all nail holes in all siding, and even removed the gutters to paint behind them. Nelson and his team did an excellent job and were great to communicate with!

Exceptional workmanship, warranty, advice, performance and price. Kevin gave a written quote, 2 times lower than three painting companies. Suggested best paint/type (SW plus satin) to use and items to be considered added to be painted. Mario, painter, ordered the paint, pressure washed and air spray my 35 year old ceder siding house. WOW! what a difference, stands out like new. Impressed with all their staff working with me on scheduling and reviewing the job.

Nice people, got the colors wrong, the job took twice as long as expected, would tell us arriving 8 or 9 am and arrive 2-3 hours later, got paint everywhere including clothes I had just washed – had to throw away a jacket- I’m now doing repairs on all the paint splatter. 😢 they have caused me a lot of extra work and expense. …

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rodriguez Painting. From Carlos coming out to inspect the home and provide a quote, to all his patience with my questions and changes, to Arun (spell?) and his crew who worked tirelessly over 5 days to bring to life the complete overhaul of my house exterior along with many repairs needed. Throughout their week at my house they made it very easy for me. I WFH with 3 dogs and 4 indoor cats and the crew was very accommodating and cautious of the pets and ensured we always had a safe way in and out of the house. Each day they were on time, worked about 11 hours a day non stop, cleaned up each evening and didn’t leave any attention to detail out! No need to look further, just hire them!

Unprofessional, not responsive, poor quality work! I used them 3-4 years ago and I am still upset at their poor quality of work! They never replaced rotted wood pieces, missed painting several areas that can be clearly seen from a distance. They literally waited right up until the warranty was over to send some one to try and rectify their terrible job. But to no avail! 4 years later and I have to repaint exterior again! Oh let’s not forget to mention the damaged window screens- after pressure washing windows with them on- seriously 😐 they don’t even deserve one star! No I did not make a mistake with my first review-

I highly recommend Rodriquez Painting. They did a fabulous job painting the exterior of my house. I appreciate them helping me through the process. They took extra care and paid attention to details. Mario and his crew were awesome. The crew did a pretty awesome job with exterior painting and Fence painting, and the crew acting quite professional. Along with that, the crew never left any mess, and at the end of the day, the Rodriguez painting is an awesome painting crew. Rodriguez Painting got recommended by a family friend, and the work the crew did was excellent. All in all, the Rodriguez painting company is a very great one, one of my top picks!
