OCD has done a wonderful job painting our new home. Jackson Simeon is a magician at repairing and correcting marks and mistakes that occurred during construction. We will be using OCD again in the future for touchups and resealing of wood surfaces!

We found the website of OCD Painting and Flooring by Google search, and decided to give them a call to request an exterior house painting quote. Chal came out the next day and provided a detailed price breakdown of the work involved. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and explaining exactly what to expect from them during the job. Although they did not provide the lowest price estimate, they were very competitive and reasonable, and we decided to contract with OCD Painting because of the confidence gained during the estimate process with Chal. Turns out we made a GREAT decision! The Operations Mgr. Chris scheduled the dates for our job and provided a very “OCD” quality control inspection of the work performed at the end of the job. The painting crew of Christian and Joan was very professional and polite throughout the job and finished the entire job in under 4 days. A majority of the final day was spent with “attention-to-detail” and making sure that we were happy with the results. They went above and beyond in providing quality work on our screen enclosure and saved us $$ by not having to rescreen! Pedro did the drywall and was fast, efficient and did an excellent job on some minor repairs prior to painting. More reviews to follow as other stages of the job are completed. Jessica was tremendous as the lead team member on my home. She is detail oriented and a perfectionist. She kept the team moving and in synch with what needed to be done and in what order. Jackson and Paul were here most of the days and both of them were very polite and good at their trade. They were focused on doing their jobs as professionals and nothing less. Special requests and questions were answered to promptly. Everyone that showed up to my job did so with respect and professionalism. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my new interior walls. They did the entire home at once, which was a challenge for me, but they made it go as smoothly as possible with their flexibility and talents. Thank you all!
