I am overall very much satisfied with the service. The exterior house wash was exceptional! I got exactly the perfect color I wanted. By looking at their work, they are both very passionate about the painting and finished everything flawlessly beautiful in details. Very impressed about that! I was very fussy with the door paint and yet, they gave me their extra time to comply with my request which to me was a great BONUS. Very professional and easy to follow throughout the process. Now my old, tiny house is totally transformed into a very lively, bright and beautiful house.

I find it disturbing that a business owner would turn Diane Sullivan’s review and make it personal. Look at the definition of defamation of character. Comments by the business owner about her being happy until she was going broke are untrue. Everything was going good until they were called out on the poor job that they had 3 weeks to do but decided to epoxy the garage floor, prime and paint the garage 2 days before we returned home. There were other minor issues that we did come across but decided that it wasnt worth the effort to point them out. We just wanted the job done. We were patient with the excuses of why workers would be showing up late or not at all, taking 3+ months to finish the job. Comments made about the “floor boy moving in because of how long he was there? What, 2 weeks? Give me a break. When a project was started, the deposit was paid immediately and paid in full immediately when the project was finished. NO HAGGLING or “FINAGLING” therefore there was no “eating the cost of paint which H and O Painting had the creative freedom to choose the color palate. I don’t know of anyone who pays good money for services and gets attacked personally for pointing out issues. Whatever happened to getting what you paid for? And as for the comments about the house being inherited, what does that have to do with anything. Its not anyones business how the home was aquired. But we do want value for the money spent on it. We had a home previously that we worked and paid for, sold and reinvested into this home. We are grateful for that blessing and do question if we deserved it, but does that make us horrible people because the house was left to us? We do have documents to back up these statements. I wish no ill will on anyone, but this treatment was unwarranted. Rant over.

Incredible job! Prompt, Kind, Clean , great price and Professional! I love my cabinets, they made it go from a ugly brown to a beautiful cottage white! H NO also painted our interior kitchen and living room ! Awesome job! Thank you so much!
