Lopez construction & Remodel 3 years agoBasically the work done on my remodeling job went smoothly. Johnny and his workers were on the job every day, working long hours and always polite and friendly. For the most part the work was high quality and professional. My concern is about following up. No job is perfect and every job needs tweaking once done. I brought to Johnny’s attention before he finished my job that the water in my new shower doesn’t get hot enough. Only 117 degrees is as hot as it goes. Not enough for a good hot shower. And not nearly as hot as water from every other faucet in the house. There are a few other less pressing problems but still things that are the contractor’s responsibility. I promised to be patient but after 2 months and several contacts, I think he should at least schedule a time to finish the job. I wanted to give this company 5 stars but a company is only as good as the owners word. I feel that I can’t use my new master bedroom addition because my beautiful new shower water is too uncomfortable to use. Update; Jaun, (Johnny to me) Lopez sent his crew to tackle the odds and ends that needed done. It took awhile, but he kept his word and did what needed to be done. I would and have, highly recommend Lopez Home Repairs to anyone in the Haines City area looking for an honest, talented contractor. I’ve proud to show off my new addition. Thank’s Johnny, for a positive remodel experience.
