Raney Construction Inc 2 years agoTurn key home fabrication company. Owned and operated by Bulilders First Source. Builders and home owners can bring in they’re blue prints for business or home construction and BFS will prefab the home, deliver it to the jobs its, and install it! One and done. They have a one of a kind facility. Truss plant, floor plant, wall and concrete plant. Stop on bye and they will even just sell you the raw materials to do it yourself! They have lumber, concrete, and all the fasteners to put it together.

On Time Home Reminders, LLC a month agoWe are forever grateful to have found Keith Meals with On Time Home Reminders in 2019. He was recommended to us by our structural engineer, and I remember thinking to myself, “well no one would dare name their company that if they couldn’t stand behind it.” Well, I’m pleased to report that Keith takes pride in his ability to get jobs done in a timely and professional manner. We underwent a massive home renovation that involved moving out of our home temporarily, at the start of a global pandemic. Working with Keith was seamless. There was not a day that went by that did not have one, if not several crews working on our property; because time is money! They finished ON TIME! Keith anticipated supply chain issues and was always ahead of the curve. He ordered our windows the day we signed the contract and nearly three weeks before completion (7 months later) they were arriving. When surprises occurred in the process, he came prepared with options and answers instead of saying he’ll get back to us. He’s a consummate professional and wants it done right-no cutting corners. He weighs all options with us so we know what to expect. We had never done anything of this magnitude. We took a Meritage Kerrville home built in 2011 with a 50′ lap pool and gutted the entire first floor, ripped out the pool/cage. We knocked down walls, buried gas lines, put in an entirely new pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, changing area/cabana and bathroom/shower. We flipped the inside kitchen from one side of the home to the other. We buried a 500-gallon propane tank and had a whole house generator installed. We were the very epitome of “bigger is better” and if we could dream it, he’d help make that happen. Just a few of the many things he helped make happen!
