Clarke Family Roofers Corp a month agoI employed Edward to completely overhaul my roof, including soffits, gutters, and more, down to the rafters with new plywood and quality workmanship. The entire task was completed in just three days. Edward and his team put in a lot of effort and it was a pleasure to interact with Edward throughout the project. I can’t recommend them enough. Edward had also done some repairs on a previous property I owned, which was a smaller task (addressing a problem with some flashing that was causing water to seep into the house). He handled that task excellently too, which is a significant reason why I chose him for the full roof replacement in Federal Heights. Highly recommended.

Colorado Painting Xpress llc 3 years agoThank you Luis Chan!!! Needed touch up paint throughout the whole house we were selling and Luis was there fast and professional. Completely made me feel that he was going to do it all and get it right. HE DID!! The picture shown was of water/other damage in the bathroom. I was so happy with the repair, I forgot to take a pic of the finished product. Great job, he made it look like new. As someone in Real Estate, I’m keeping Colorado Painting Xpress on speed dial.

Advance Painting 4 months agoIsrael and his team did sheetrock repair, varnished our stair railing and painted the interior of our home. Everything looks great and they were communicative, courteous and punctual. Would definitely hire them again.
