Very happy with Vivax! Our house looks great and their warranty is the best in the business. Four years after our paint job, we noticed some of the paint on our deck rail bubbling and peeling in a couple of places. I filled out the warranty form online and heard back from them within a day. It took a couple of weeks to schedule an appointment (busy time of year) but Chadwick Flax, the warranty manager, was prompt, professional, and thorough. He surveyed the entire house and found a couple of other spots on our downspouts that needed some touchups. His crew arrived the next day and the job was completed within a few hours and everything looks great!

Worked with Vivax to do a full color change exterior paint job (from red) including trim and siding repair. The sales team, project manager, carpentry and siding team and paint crew were great. Everything was done on time (extremely fast) and clean up was pristine. Very friendly, professional and communicative. They had helpful advice on color use and placement. I will use them in the future and several neighbors have signed up to paint this summer as well.

Vivax Pros was recommended to me by my neighbor. I have cedar beveled siding from the 80’s and I knew several boards needed to be replaced before painting as well. After meeting with 3 contractors, I chose Vivax Pros because I had seen good work done at my neighbor’s house, they had a strait forward quote that included replacing siding as well. They also had a great team who was super communicative throughout the whole process. Mackenzie organized the quotes and scheduled all of the teams of people who would come out to the house including power washing, replacing siding, and the painting itself. She also helped me choose paint colors and even offered to help me get approval from the HOA if I had needed it. Once power washing was finished, Xavien was the person who lead the team to replace siding. He was also very communicative, and even was able to replace some of the plywood sheeting underneath the siding on the chimney, which wasn’t originally quoted, so they are flexible with meeting unexpected demands. Jessica Dietz was then in charge of the painting process, along with Antonio heading up the crew of 5 who did the prep and painting. They took two days to thoroughly prep the house, resetting nails, caulking, scraping, priming, and masking. Then it took them two days to paint. Jessica did a final walk through to look for touch-ups and a couple people in the crew returned to take care of those. The house looks amazing, and I’m really happy with the work they did. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. They obviously take pride in their work at Vivax and payment is not required until you are 100% satisfied. I will be working with them again the next time I need to paint the house. Thank you!

Vivax was very responsive to our initial inquiry for a quote to paint our house. They were significantly cheaper than other quotes we received. We decided to do a full color change and valued the advice we received from Ryan regarding trim color, etc. Once we received notice of the week we were scheduled to begin, Becky reached out to complete a pre-paint walk through. She documented exactly what we wanted as we walked around the house. The next day, Freddie and his team began their prep work (taping, filling holes, etc.) and paint. The second day, they finished the entire house. Becky met us a couple days later with Freddie to patch any missed spots (there was not much). Vivax was professional and quick. I would recommend them for any paint job and will definitely use them for any future projects. Pictures: The house originally was blue and we changed to City Loft (the white) and Urbane Bronze (the dark Brown).

I love my house paint job! Emilio and his team did such a great detailed job and Jessica and the entire team from the quote to the final day were so helpful and clear. We also had Chris help with some of the woodwork needs. The Vivax team was also super accommodating of other contractors / home projects that we had going on at the same time and allowed us to reschedule a few times to accommodate our other projects. Thank you again! We’ve received so many compliments!

Very impressed with the team over at Vivax Pros! We have lived in multiple states and had multiple homes painted and without exception, this was our best experience. From my initial meeting with Riley our salesperson, I knew we had found the right fit for our job. Her timely and thorough communication makes her a true pro. It took us a while to commit to a date and the team at Vivax Pros was incredibly respectful of our delay. When we finally did commit, they worked to make sure our job was completed before our graduation party. Working with Paul in planning our job was great too. Our Project Manager Slater was easy to work with and worked with me as we added to our job. Both Riley and Slater made us we feel our business was truly valued. The crew led by Ramon showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and were incredibly open to conversations about touch-ups and the slight changes we made to our plan – all with a smile on their faces. We still can’t believe how such a high-quality job was done in such a short time frame. I would highly recommend the entire team at Vivax Pos.

We just had our house painted by Vivax Pros. The end product is amazing! Joel the crew foremen led his team with excellent precision! Drew VanMaanen the project manager was there every step of the way! He sent us pictures throughout the process, and was more than accommodating when we had to let our 3 dogs outside throughout the project. If we had any questions, Drew responded very quickly and was very thorough in his answers. When we did the final walkthrough, Drew and Joel were very meticulous in order to ensure the project completion was perfect! I would highly recommend this team!
