Five stars is too few, but that’s all the graphic allows. Verbally, I hereby award Double Diamond Painting Pros many more twinkles–somewhere between five and the Milky Way, say–in recognition of a great experience from the first visit and estimate through completion of the job. Charlie, the General Manager, knows paint inside and out, and he’s a fine gentleman to boot. He never stopped checking on the progress and quality of the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. The same goes for his foreman, Tony, whose painstaking approach missed no details and pointed out things I would have missed. And the painting crew itself rivaled the Energizer Bunny times four or five. I lost count of the number of times they asked for further direction to ensure everything was done just right. One last note: I was surprised to learn Double Diamond Painting Pros had been the victim of virtual vandalism in the form of a single-star review from someone who’d never been a customer. Presumably Google will investigate and take down what amounts to senseless graffiti. Until then, don’t be fooled: This is a GREAT company that did topnotch work for me.

I really enjoyed working with Double Diamond on our exterior painting project. Charlie was a fantastic estimator, communicator, and even project manager. We ended up having to coordinate the timing of our painting project with the installation of new gutters, and Charlie communicated with the gutter company to work out the timing of both crews. Above and beyond. I’ll be using them again!

We had Double Diamond Painting Pros to do our exterior paint job for us, my experience with them was better than I could have hoped for. From the beginning, the estimate was provided by the owner, Charlie. It was a pleasure talking to him. He listen to what we wanted and delivered just that. The estimate he provided was very detailed and broke down each section of our two-story house. We did have a hiccup, but Charlie stayed in constant communication with us and resolve the issue. The guys that did the job were fantastic, and they did a phenomenal job! I really couldn’t have asked for more! You guys definitely earned by business! No guess who’s going to do our interior!!!

My husband and I got a few different estimates before deciding who to hire to give our house a much-needed paint job. We picked Double Diamond because Charlie was super friendly, took the time to explain everything, stayed in contact before and during the project, and gave us plenty of options to choose from. Being able to have a color consultant come over and help us pick the best color and explain how we could make our house stand out, was a great service that Double Diamond offered. We were able to meet the team, and when an issue came up, Charlie was there to help explain what was going on and came up with great ideas to not only fix the issue but make it look better than expected. The team that completed the job was very nice and did an amazing job, and the quality of their work was astounding. I will be recommending Double Diamond to anyone looking to give their house that extra WOW!

We had an amazing experience with them. One of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time. Charlie is always on time, very considerate of our time, and great communication. His painting crew was great as well. We are very happy with our new first floor wall colors and finish. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to work with from start to finish. They painted the exterior of our garage door – excellent communication throughout from quote, to color matching, to schedule, to final walk through. I definitely recommend and look forward to working with Charlie and Double Diamond again!
