Can’t sing of Local SD Paintings praised enough. Wayne and Keith worked on our house. Wayne walked through beforehand and showed us things we would never thought to look. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell how much he loves his job and was such a delight to work with. They worked with our tight schedule and always showed up with reports on how things were going. Tony, Gorge and Arturo on the crew did an incredible job. The amount of detail they put into their work was amazing. Every little flaw was corrected and the dark walls from the previous color were completely lifted to the lighter color we chose. Our house looks brand new. 10/10 recommend using this company.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Our experience having the exterior of our 1936 home was exceptional from start to finish. The owner, Chad, is a great communicator, personable, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Although the bid was higher than others, Chad knew to be done right, the prep work was going to be extensive. The whole house was scraped, power washed and primed, then painted, leaving an outstanding finished product. Keith, the project manager was a pleasure to work with. He came by daily to make sure the job was on track and kept us informed every step of the way, plus he’s just a really nice guy. The lead painter, Omar, is a man of few words but really knows his trade. He is a skilled artisan who has perfected his craft. All the crew arrived on time, were respectful of the property and cleaned up daily. If you’re looking for a quality paint job, don’t hesitate to use Local S.D. Painting. They are unequivocally the best!

This company used to be reliable but sadly, they are no longer. If you are someone that values your money and actually expects quality work- do not use them. They ruined my brand new home leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. We had paint all over our brand new doors, drips all over, paint on expensive fixtures. Everything was someone else’s fault, meanwhile, it was only his fault as he is the owner and this was his work.

Fantastic job in every respect. Price was competitive and reasonable. My house looks great. They helped us make preparations, applied multiple coats of primer and final color, and great job on the fascia repairs and painting. Everyday the crew let us know they were starting and at the end of the day cleaned up putting all their equipment out of our way. They were gracious and responsive. We truly appreciate the professional job and highly recommend them for your house painting. It was a great pleasure to work with them.
