I have known and employed Ricardo Souza for the past twenty years, utilizing his talent and skills on a variety of home projects requiring interior/exterior house painting. He is very punctual, making sure all of the tasks are done to perfection. As a painting contractor he is very knowledgeable and can handle any job. We have become great friends and his advice and help is always top notch. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

RC Souza painted the exterior of my house, repaired some stucco siding, and repaired dry rot on some railing and a gate. I would highly recommend Ricardo to any of my friends or family. He is a highly skilled professional, who is knowledgable not only about paint and painting, but possibly more importantly, he knows how to do repairs and understands the importance of good prep-work. He is dependable, thorough, detailed-oriented, easy to communicate with, fair, honest…a rare find for sure! He takes pride, and care, in everything he does. I will definitely call him when it’s time to paint my interior and refinish my cabinets. He does beautiful work and is respectful of people and property.

Ricardo did a detailed but swift re-staining of the south side of my house (which gets way too much sun and must be re-stained more often than the other sides of my house). He removed fixtures that included a trellis and bougainvillea, among others, pressure washed, stained and replaced all of the fixtures. His pricing is very reasonable for an experienced painter. Both photos are of the finished product (except that one photo was taken before the trim was painted).

Ricardo aka RC Souza has painted my home 2.5K sq ft two-story home, both exterior and interior. He had to prime and paint vinyl siding and repair stucco. He also painted the interior of my home; but first he took down the old drywall to put in thermofiber insulation, with heat barrier double bubble foil, then foam sealed, hung new drywall, and baseboard. The finished job is beautfil. I highly recommend. Ricardo, Thank you. I appreciate your honesty, reliability, attention to details and timely diligence.

Love Ricardo. He did a beautiful job with our large interior and exterior painting job. He also rehabbed our deck and made it safe again. He painted all of our kitchen cabinetry which ended up gorgeous! Most of all he is trustworthy!
