my HOA hired Premier to do painting of wood primarily fences. Zero preparation work was done on my fence that was covered with mud and dirt and loose paint. Simple prep would have been to pressure wash it and knock off the loose paint. Nothing was done other than spray directly over the mud, dirt and chipping paint. The HOA was not satisfied with the fence and the painters lied that prepwork was done and suggest that the entire fence should be replaced. Two contractors since have looked at it and the wood fence is good, the chipping and peeling paint over the dirt and mud are clearly the cause of a poor job. Pathetic to be accurate. Woodfield HOA Placentia failed to supervise and hold Premier accountable to do a quality job and now they want me the homeowner to fix what Premier screwed up. Beware….

They have been contracted through our HOA and painted my house. They started the work by not doing paint prep per specifications agreed. The guy who was in charge, Paul and foreman, Eddie were both liars. Their workers did a horrible job paint over the same existing paint. Missed many spot and are very fast and job was horrible. Over-sprayed and dripped a lot. They had a wood working guy who were supposed to do all the wood repairs, missed a bunch of areas because they told him to be quick. Overall, do not use this company and steer away from if you want to avoid headaches for sure.
