Romanoff Renovations 2 years agoThis is a poor excuse for a company. I decided to go with them since I was using Home Depot for everything else. To begin, when the material arrived at the Home Depot, I allowed them three days to call me. They never reached out to schedule an appointment. I had to call them myself (after being told multiple times they would reach out. The closest appoitment they had was two weeks out. Great, let’s go. The evening before the appoitment, they notified me that one of their guys called out sick. Understanable, things happen, when’s the next avaliable date? The next avaliable date was at the end of the week, okay booked. After taking off from work I receive another call at 3:45 in the afternoon notifying me that, yet again, their worker was not on medical leave. They were going to try to pull someone somewhere to come and get the job done. I was promised a call back and never received one. I was given the loop-around multiple times. I finally had to escalate to the District Manager. She said she was going to try to pull someone from Chatanooga, that never happened. The next avaliable date that the company had avaliable was over a month away. So they’re willing to push my dates back and cancel on me, however they cannot cancel anything else and I have to wait a month? Horrible excuses left and right. I will say the people at the call center were very nice.

River Brook Design & Construction 2 months agoRiverBrook completed a big renovation/addition on our home and did a fabulous job. Leigh knocked it out of the park and gave us everything we could have dreamed of and more in her design. They finished our basement by adding another bedroom, full bath, bunk room, 2 living areas, kitchen and pool bath. They also added two additional garage spaces, a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, a massive screened porch and an amazing pool. We could not be more pleased and cannot wait to use them for our next project!

R&R Construction, LLC 3 years agoI would not do any business with them at all they owe me over $4,000 and $2,000 of that is my money they never planned on paying me from the get-go is what they told me after I turned into bill R&R Construction Rusty and Roy.
