Earths Element 18 hours agoYelling at his employees is due to his lack of respect for his job. His disrespect for his job is not just for his job. He yells at his employees and, when necessary, even at his customers for not paying them the proper wages they want. He gets angry and treats his employees badly too. Employees are not satisfied. So most employees leave their jobs all the time. If employees don’t pay the wages they want, they won’t enjoy their jobs.

He took into account all of the different types of trees we had on our property and shared recommendations on what his team could do to keep them healthy and keep our house/property safe with all the wind and snow we get in North Bend. His team showed up on time, worked the entire time, and left our place neat and tidy. I also got a few quotes of places in the area and he was reasonably priced and worked within our budget.
