The root system of the giant cherry tree in my front yard extends all the way to the back of my lot (3000 sq ft), essentially wrapping itself around my house. Concerned that this might impact the foundation or sewer pipes, I called up Vitality Tree, who referred me to Root Cause for their specialization in root expertise. Brian showed up and provided advice not just on the cherry tree, but my other Japanese maples as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It’s quite obvious he’s very passionate about the trees and our environment. Truly admirable. I have taken numerous botany courses at UCDavis, so I know an expert when I see one and Brian is definitely it. I wholeheartedly recommend Root Cause. Brian cared about my trees and house as if they were his. I will definitely consult with him for any future needs.

I have hired Root Cause on at least three commercial projects in the main downtown core area of Seattle in the last 18 months. They are very professional, reliable, good workmanship and catered to a tight work schedule to complete the building project on time. Absolutely fantastic service ! Brian took care of a tree for Me. He pruned it and made it a lot more healthy . I asked him again this year to take a look at the tree and he said it was fine . Very honest and not out fur the quick buck. I would recommend Brian Hollers and Root cause for any horticultural work. You need done ! A fantastic service we have here in the Island!
