Construction Generalist a year agoThe owner operator Mr. Newsham is very conscious of your money and being in communication with you on how to best spend it to get the most out of it for your project. Time is very much money in his world and he doesn’t waste it, and that’s appreciated. Extremely proficient and versed in many facets of construction. I would say his only downfall is sometimes its hard to follow him in his niche jargon. If you tell him you didn’t follow, he will breakdown those acronyms and industry terms in to everyday talk haha. He is consistent and a persistent advocate for his client. Which makes you feel assured your build is quality. I have worked with him on many projects and will continue to work with Brett.

Constantine Builders Inc 2 years agoConstantine builders totaled my car leaving me to pay thousands of dollars through rentals, medical bills, losing my job that my car was needed and taking a total loss for my vehicle. They continued to make money while I’ve been left without. The owners were unconcerned that their driver totaled a vehicle and didn’t need to do a drug test or wait for the police. I contacted the owner and let them know I’d be posting this. This company is a liability and will continue to harm other helpless victims if people don’t know what they stand for. I will be posting in other review sites photos of my car or what’s left of it. Constantine builders ruined my livelihood, my car, body, but left me thousands in debt. For the record the builders truck did t have a scratch and they have been able to continue doing business as usual while they flipped my world upside down and I’m using a bungee cord to keep my trunk closed. I truly hate and despise this company and what they stand for.

The Davey Tree Expert Company 4 days agoDavey Tree was pruning trees on our street in Madrona, under contract from the City of Seattle. During the course of their work, they knocked the wifi cable off the corner of our house and broke it. The crew at the scene took responsibility for it and supposedly arranged for Century Link to come out and fix it the next day: the Davey crew foreman even game me a reference number for the work order. Century Link never came, and when we call them they said they had no such work order from Davey. So then we called Davey, and their guy in the office said they weren’t taking responsibility for the damage and hadn’t arranged for it to be fixed. It is really an appalling dishonesty and lack of integrity on their part.

Good Neighbor Heating & Air Conditioning a month agoWonderful experience! This company saved me about 20K. I called a bunch hvac services and everyone said my system was unfixable; that I needed a new central air system. Su, with Good Neighbor took a picture of the diagram inside the fan, and fixed it. He even fixed the AC, which the other company said was toast. I purchased a maintenance plan with another company, and they didn’t follow through on their promises. Su cleaned the system, fixed it, was fair, fast and communicative. I am so grateful. A+ for trust, expediency, value and communication.
