I saw Mike and RJ’s Tree Service cut down my neighbor’s dead tree. They use a lift that tows behind a pickup truck. They can get it is places where a bucket truck can’t and it’s easier on your lawn. They did a great job of cutting down and removing four trees for me. They are friendly and pricing is competitive. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

We are so thankful that our neighbor hired Mike and RJ’s Tree service to take down their dead trees. They sent him to us and we hired them on the spot to take the dead trees down that were too close to our house. Mike and his crew did an awesome and very professional job. We must have had over 17 trees taken down, the tree debris put in burn pile per my husbands request, and the trunks were staged were they can be harvested by my husband for firewood when he gets the time and energy to do that part. They are very careful with the surrounding trees and buildings and cleaned everything up at the end beautifully. We will use them again when the time arises that we need tree service. We highly recommend Mike and his crew for any tree service one might need.

When a major severe thunderstorm with record winds over 90 MPH barreled through Tyler, Texas, I knew my property would never be the same. With more than ten very large trees uprooted and strewn across my yard like giant fallen soldiers, I felt utterly overwhelmed. The storm had left behind a scene reminiscent of a lumberjack’s wildest dream, but without the satisfaction of neatly stacked firewood. In a panic, I called numerous tree service companies, only to be met with eye-watering quotes that made me wonder if they were planning to carve a tree-shaped sculpture in my honor. The prices were all over $5000! Just when I was about to resign myself to living in a jungle, I found Mike and RJ’s Tree Service. From my first conversation with them, I knew these were my guys. They quoted me a price that didn’t require me to sell a kidney or auction off my collection of vintage garden gnomes. Mike and RJ’s team arrived promptly, armed with chainsaws, ropes, and a can-do attitude. They didn’t just cut down trees—they choreographed a symphony of woodwork. The speed and efficiency with which they tackled those gigantic trees was nothing short of impressive. It was like watching a perfectly coordinated dance, but with more sawdust and fewer tutus. Not only did they clear the trees, but they also took care of the debris, leaving my yard cleaner than it was before the storm. The team’s professionalism was evident in every step they took, ensuring that no additional damage was done to my property. Amazing! Called them to get an estimate, the price was right and they came out the next day. With the economy like it is right now we are all trying to eat. With that being said he’s reasonable and ready to work. His prices are a reflection of his integrity not his work because he does it with pride. He goes above and beyond what is expected. Trustworthy, timely and most of all honest. The work is quick and neatly done. He’s definitely a people person and he is my new tree guy. Much appreciated and highly recommended! Give him a call! We had a few large limbs from an oak tree fall on our house – we have been trying to get a tree co. here since Tuesday with no luck – I found Mike & RJ’s on FB sent them a msg. there were here in no time and got the limbs off our house so the roofers can come tarp then repair. They have no clue how much of a blessing this was after the anxiety/worry we have had this past week. Would recommend them to anyone looking for tree work! Thank you again.

I am completely satisfied with the services provided. Mike and his crew were completely professional and they listened to anything I had to say and answered all my questions. The fella climbing the trees was just fun to watch always aware of those on the ground and where they were located. with 21 years in the US Navy I fully understand how a team works from the leadership to the lowest level laborer ,,, these guys where great. Everyone knew their job and performed them with out a hitch. One of the things that was really impressive to me is the way the crew worked … there was no unnecessary yelling, no loud music, no profanity the were very courteous to me and my wife and the treated all my possessions with care. And my yard was cleaner and looked better after they were done than when they showed up. Again I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services … they are Aces.

Mike and his crew took two pines down that were super close to our house. They were promt, courteous and did a fantastic job! They even saved my palm that was growing under the pines. Highly recommended!!
