4 days agoI’d had a lot of recommendations to call Blue Ox for some tree work. They seemed nice on the phone when scheduling a time to come out for an estimate, but when the day came… no show, no call, and no response still weeks later. Wasted 3 weeks of my time trying to go with what I’d been told was a great company.

2 months agoNo job too small!! We asked Blue Ox to plant one single Japanese Maple tree for us. To make things more complicated we wanted it in our rock garden. Further, we just had fresh sod installed in our yard and asked that they avoid the lawn as best they could. They took great pains to not walk on the lawn, they moved rocks carefully to plant the tree, and they put everything back where it was. A few weeks later Michael came out to check our tree and took time to explain my next steps in tree care. This all for one small tree! Hard to find this kind of customer service these days.

2 months agoThe Blue Ox urban forestry company is wonderful. I live in Haltom City, Texas and I highly recommend this team of people for any Tree Trimming or removal. They’re outstanding crew of five men work together like a well oiled machine. They arrived just as promised and were very quick with their work and their cleanup was superb! I had added an additional work order to be done at the same time as the original work order and they completed that as well with outstanding results. You cannot go wrong by hiring this company.

9 months agoBlue Ox excels at customer service! Excellent communication skills with phone calls, emails and text messages; fast responses to my questions, on time and ease in their invoicing system. My trees look great and they left the job site in pristine condition. I’ll use them again and highly recommend.

a year agoThey had a better price than other local competition, and did a great job of cleaning up after taking down our poor tree that died of freeze-damage.
