Rick, the owner of Family’s Tree Service, is fantastic. I wanted an arborist to assess some trees bordering my property before I spend a bunch of money on new trees. Rick returned my call and texted me immediately. He even came out the same day to evaluate the trees. He not only assessed the health of the trees but he also gave me a TON of very helpful advice about how to grow and maintain healthy new trees. He was responsive and professional. I will definitely hire Family’s Tree Service in the future for all of my tree needs.

This team did a great job with our many trees and contexts in which trees could have interfered with our buildings easily. They handled the job professionally and were careful to make sure they understood what we needed. We would definitely do business with them again

Can’t say enough about the professionalism and the quality of work by Dan, Dillon and others. I had about 18 trees removed. Some not easy to get to. Everyone worked hard in not so great conditions to complete the job. I highly recommend Family’s without hesitation. Thanks to all involved!!!

Definitely recommend. Had them shape a 50 ft oak and top 5 crepe myrtle trees. Very professional and efficient. Had proper equipment for the job so no “footprint” was left and cleanup was great.

My neighbors hired family’s Tree Service to cut down 2 trees. They dropped the trees in my yard causing damage to my lawn and even dropped one tree on one of my evergreens. The owner came out and refused to replace the tree and did not offer to fill the holes in with topsoil. In my opinion this tree company is very unprofessional.

Family Tree Service is great local company here in Gallatin. First time we tried their service and they exceeded all expectations. There service crew was friendly and really cared about the service they provided. High marks for this company!
