After I had 6 other local Beaufort/Port Royal Tree Service companies come out and give me an estimate. I knewthe moment Paul the Arborist from Bartlet showed up I was dealing with the right one. I explained what I needed done and Paul went into detail about what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and when they were going to do it and how much it was going to cost me. Also he told me more about Live Oaks than I ever knew. The tree crew showed up 10 minutes early which to me being Military Retired is “On Time”. They were on site approx 3.5 hours and I never saw anyone just standing around unlike other companies I’ve seen in my neighborhood doing work. My yard was cleaner than before they started when they left also. Bartlett was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Glad I picked them. GREAT, PAINLESS EXPERIENCE.

Estimator came out and assessed tree removal but never provided me with a written quote. His verbal estimate however ended up much higher than others.

What a great experience this was. Within a day of me sending an inquiry through Bartlett’s website, the arborist, Kendrick, was at my house assessing my trees. Within a week, his team was there for the day and did a fantastic job! The trees look great and they cleaned up after! I highly recommend Bartlett Tree in Beaufort SC

Customer Service is not very good, and I’m not even a customer! I tried to get and estimate and the person never showed, I called back to reschedule and let message but never got a call back. On try #3 I spoke to someone and they scheduled a person to come. The rep did come and looked at my job and said a proposal would be sent, that was before Christmas. As of this review I have yet to receive and email with the quote.

We contacted Bartlett on the recommendation of our arborist. Bartlett’s arborist Paul confirmed our suspicions that we had three very large laurel oaks in close proximity to the home and another structure we had just finished renovating. Any one of these trees could destroy the house. The Bartlett team brought in a crane and removed all three trees with zero impact on the house or the existing landscaping. They were methodical and meticulous and all crew members were just good guys. I’d have no qualms recommending Bartlett to friends and neighbors.

Very professional, responsive, and knowledgable. They were on time and the cost was very reasonable. I would use them again for both pruning and removal.

I can not say enough how pleased I was with the team from Bartlett that took care of the two dead trees at the back of my property. They removed them safely and with total awareness of the neighbors property. I highly recommend them for whatever sawyer work you may need!

Paul and his crew were terrific. He explained exactly what would be done, when and the price. He took the time to walk my property and point out items that should be addressed.
