Bartlett is excellent. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, very professional, prompt, and thorough. We had 6 ornamental pear trees that had rust and Kevin outlined a plan over 1.5 years to help the trees establish their roots and they are thriving and looking great. Even a year later, they still come by to check on the trees. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience with highly professional and excellent company who did a fantastic job, kept me informed on progress and scheduling and did everything they said they would do with the absolute best quality. Bobby Nance oversaw the project which included treatment to our Pecan Tree, the installation of cabling and bracing and lightning protection. Also took care of some issues we were having with insect infestation to the tree and a number of our azaleas. Great experience and will be using Bartlett from now on.

The crew that took care of the job was outstanding, they took care that my personal items were out of harms way, the tree has a beautiful shape, and there were not too many limbs taken to achieve the thinning and brightness in the yard. Clean up was impeccable. We will always choose this company for future jobs.

Do yourself a favor and call Bartlett first. I wish I had. Bartlett cleaned up the faulty job of another tree service, plus uncovered an electrical safety issue at our new house. Highly skilled, professional, and reasonably priced.

Based on a recommendation from my landscaper I switch to Bartlett in Emmaus to service all the trees on my property in 2020. Initially they were engaged and responsible. First they win your trust then stick it to you! They made costly recommendations to save some expensive trees that turned out to be complete 🐂💩. One tree died and the other is still in stress. Their failure to spray the trees in spring with dormant oil led to insect issues that almost killed 4 of my trees. When I noticed the problem I called the local manager Mr. Duvall of the urgency and the issues and he told me to call his assistant to make an appointment. Excuse me trees inundated with insects that would not of have happened had they performed the work as set firth in the contract and I should call his assistant?? I sent letters to the corporate office and to Duvall expressing my disgust with their services. None came to my property to examine the tree damage or make any effort to rectify the situation Duvall’s supervisor blew me off as this was too bad and Duvall I guess was too busy working on his golf game. Bartlett is seriously overpriced and does unnecessary work with no appreciable results. And when something goes wrong does not accept responsibility. Do not use these losers!!!!
