I recommend the company. They made the process smooth and easy. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Pricing was reasonable. I didn’t have to be home for the estimate nor the tree removal. The workers arrived before 8 am. Took down a portion of my wooden fence. They put the fence back together when they were done. I can’t tell that it was removed. They cleaned up afterwards. I had them leave the stump. It’s actually beautiful to look 👀 at. 😊

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give zero! After scheduling tree service before winter Charter Oaks continually delayed my service. Then after months of delay they scheduled me for service. They never showed! After several more phone calls and emails they stopped responding and still have not contacted me. I will never use this company and recommend everyone use a more reliable tree service.

People are very nice, came to my house when they said they would. Had a stump ground out and big roots that another company did not finish. Walt was very nice, but couldn’t get his blower to work, so I had to help with the clean up. I would recommend this company.

Charter Oaks Tree and Landscaping Service did an AWESOME job taking down seven hurt or dead trees for us, and grinding out a few stumps too. They were here when it was warm one day, and downright frosty and miserable the next. Their estimator, Phil, was prompt and got here when he said he’d be here, did a quick quote, stuck to that quote, and got the crew here when he said they’d be here. The crew was very respectful of our property, they even blew sawdust off our gravel driveway so it would look like it did when they got here. The guy who was in “The Alien” cutting the trees was really amazing. He grabbed pieces of the trees like they were toothpicks. Watching him was like seeing a Jedi Master at work! I already recommended Charter Oaks to a couple friends, and I have no hesitancy recommending them here on Google. In fact, I think we have two more trees we’re going to add to our to do list. Great job, guys. Thank you so much!

A large birch tree next to our house starting splitting today. The predicted storm tonight with possible straight line winds may have meant the tree could end up on our house! I called Charter Oak around 2:00. Sent them pics and they agreed it might come down. They dispatched a crew who arrived at 3 pm. They are completing the job now by removing entire tree. Amazing service! I highly recommend them!!
