They came out and trimmed a few of our trees. I was at work so they were talking to my wife. They quoted us 1200 by the time the work was done we ended up paying 3270 dollars. I came home from work and the two parts of the tree I was primarily concerned about were still there with minimal to no work done on them. I got in touch with them shortly after and they agreed to have someone come back and fix the problem free of charge. There were two days that were quoted that the workers were going to come and they never showed. No communication on there end until I reached out to them to see if anyone was coming. The day they came back they did fix the initial parts of the tree we were concerned about, but after inspecting the work I noticed that a part of my fence had been damaged. Once again no communication on their end letting us know that they had caused the damage.

I had 3 trees to trim. I was told everything they would do then it changed as they trimmed the trees. Only having a climber there are limbs that they can’t get to. Well those are the lowest hanging limbs that needed to be trimmed and I was never told that. I Still have limbs touching the roof of my house. The guy that I thought was in charge was obviously not wanting to tell his climber to go back up and complete the job. Then they tried up pricing the job $1200 because they claimed that I would lose my tree because it had a fracture. The strange thing about that they told my neighbor the same thing when they did hers. So the 3rd tree the climber never touched. I wasn’t happy so the guy that I thought was in charge asked me for a ladder and did his best with a pole saw. Their truck has also been in front of our house for 5 days and counting. Be careful about out of town companies randomly showing up and giving you a great deal

I absolutely would not recommend this company. They did a drive by solicitation at the home of a recently widowed, 80+ yr old woman. She was told two trees in the front yard were dead and charged her $4000 to remove them and a few branches from another. The trees were NOT dead and needed nothing. There was no tree work needed in her yard at all. They also had no permit to be soliciting in the town. 0/10.

Gentlemen came out on a Friday and quoted me price to haul away fallen tree. At first he said they could do it later that evening. Then, after i messaged him said it be Saturday. Never showed up. Then after i messaged again he said Sunday. Never showed up and never called

I’ve used Haley’s tree service twice in the past year. Each time the service was great. They treated my property with care and respect. Pricing is reasonable. When you’re pricing tree services please remember the enormous overhead costs associated with this kind of business. Insurance costs alone are very substantial. Do your research, I’m betting you’ll choose Haley’s. You’ll be glad you did.

They went door to door in Coldwater at a reasonable price. Had them take a tree down and trim a big tree over my house. It was late and they said they be back to take couple branches they missed. They came back and finished the job after I paid in full. Heard of other companies not coming back to finish and definitely respect Haley’s coming back. Definitely will use them again for future tree trimming.

This guy who seemed to be the boss with Haley’s Tree Service knocks on my door. They had done work on my street and wanted more work. We went around my house and looked at the trees. He said he’d trim two of them for $500.00 apiece and do a third hanging from my neighbors over my house as a bonus. That sounded good to me and I agreed. From there I’m not sure how it happened but the man talked me into that he could, with a wire, brace three trees growing in the corner so that they wouldn’t fall on my or my neighbor’s house. I don’t claim to know about trees so I chose to trust the ones claiming to. The bracing consisted of a wire on the inside of the trees held together with what to me looked like one pretty small eyebolt in each tree. I think they saw me as a gullible person – and, yes – I am, or I wouldn’t have agreed to pay $3010, tax included. Was instructed to write one of the guys name, not the company name, as payee on the check. I am retired and don’t have much of an income. This had me upset for quite some time. Comes to $2000.00 for a piece of wire and 3 eyebolts! Live and learn. I’m not saying they did a bad job cutting the trees. I did a bad job managing my money as I was essentially being scammed … might help somebody… -and Shame on Haley’s Tree Company

These guys are the most loyal and professional crew that I’ve ever used. They were on time, took every opportunity to make sure they were comfortable with the quality of work and did one of the best clean ups! Thank you for all your hard work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal. Salesman: Gaige, Climber: Jason, Groundsman: Breadon, Cam and Nathan are the best!

From a safe distance, I witnessed the workers remove a couple of trees. They worked with skillful efficiency in completing the job. High praises!!! Watching the one cutter, he demonstrated a literal meaning to the ol’ cliche, “going out on a limb.”
