06/05/2024 – One of your crews was doing some work for my neighbor and I just wanted to say how professional and courteous they were when I asked a couple questions. It was pretty warm so I gave them a bunch of bottled water and they were very appreciative.

A few years ago this would have been 5 stars. Recently communication has been uneven and unreliable. Waiting for account statement after several weeks/requests.

I would be hesitant with this company. Had an associate come give estimate on job. Took the time to show them everything.He Stated that he would get in touch to schedule appointment. Never heard back. Such lousy service

We are so pleased with Davey Tree services! They have been helping take care of our property for several years now. Everyone we have worked with has been friendly, personable, knowledgeable – and excellent at what they do. Matt Teague, the arborist, is our initial point of contact and is always responsive and helpful. Dan Reyes, the person assigned to manage and maintain our property, is wonderful to work with when dealing with any tree and shrub problem, fertilizations, and deer control. He is patient, very precise and successful with all his treatments. Just this week, December 8, 2022, Thomas was here to climb and trim a HUGE Maple tree on a slope in our backyard (see photos). The Maple limbs had to be tied, then cut and lowered to prevent damage to other pine trees and shrubs below. It was amazing – and impressive – to watch their careful process. Thomas worked with Matt and Mason to control and pull the branches as they were cut. Great teamwork! We already have Davey Tree scheduled for additional work in spring. Everything from tree and shrub spraying/fertilization and additional tree trimming. We’re not sure how we would be able to manage our property with the Davey Tree team! March 31, 2023 Once again Davey Tree was here for additional tree trimming on our property. Amazing work! Davey personnel are the absolute best tree climbers and pruner/trimmers. The guys doing the work this day were Nate, Solen, and Will. They worked together like a well oiled machine. All three were personable, knowledgeable and very careful. It was tricky and delicate work. One Birch tree that needed pruning was hanging over a big pond, and all the others were huge spruce and pines with many dead and broken branches hanging over our roof and a large hedgerow of Rhododendrons. As you can see in the attached pictures, the climbing was accomplished with ropes, not spikes! All the debris was cleaned up and taken away. Once again, we are very pleased with Davey Tree!

We have used Davey Tree Co. the last several years for tree and lawn service. They recently removed a tree and planted a new one for us, and our lawn has never looked better. They are very knowledgeable, prompt and professional.

Davey Tree was really a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive right from my first inquiry, completed all work in a timely manner, and were professional, meticulous and reasonably priced. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.
