I see here a lot of great reviews about this company, but I had a bad experience. Found this company on Facebook page, sent message them, then call also, it took a lot time when they answer me back 🙄, then finally came for estimate. Promised to put me on the schedule for two weeks to cut off a tree, but nobody came, nobody even answered 😒 me back. I texted a couple of times, called to them, and nothing … just wasted my time ((((. Not serious, not responsible company at all ((((. Yesterday, I contacted another tree service , and the same day, I got an estimate, and today, my job was done !!! ✔️

Got prices from three separate people. Quite literally half the money! My wife and I must’ve changed our minds 10 times about what we wanted to do, and they were super flexible and never gave us any grief. Came with a ton of guys and got a huge job done in under 90 minutes. You’re not getting a better local company, so don’t bother looking elsewhere!

After very clearly denying permission to cut any part of our tree, except the parts hanging over the property line (two or three very small branches), I just came home to this company (hired by my neighbor) having hacked the top of my maple tree off (which was not over the property line). Thankfully we were able to stop them before they continued, but now our once beautiful tree has been completely disfigured. I can’t even put into words how disappointing, not to mention unprofessional this is, and I don’t even want to render a guess as to how they climbed up in a tree on my property without my permission.

In Dec 2023 my neighbors tree fell in my house. This obviously caused a dangerous situation and they responded immediately that day. Spoke to Ryan who was very courteous and professional as was the rest of the crew. Fair pricing, good work and good cleanup. Would definitely use again

The service was extremely punctual, professional and fast. From the initial communication to the completion of the job, it took less than three days. The pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend their services to friends. After completing the job, they left everything spotless and there was no need for me to worry about anything.
