Absolutely the best! We are house/pet sitting for our grandson and there was a big storm. It broke a big branch in the backyard that impacted his neighbors. I got estimates and Nelson was the most reasonable and was just an amazing gift and experience for us. Michelle is at the front desk and is a ray of sunshine, calm and competent. I called her so many times and she never got angered or flustered. Every time she found a solution and reassured us and made a stressful situation go away. This is a five star business that deserves to be patronized. Thank you Nelson Tree Service, Michelle and the excellent crew!

Nelsons is the only tree service I have used for tree removal from my various rental properties and my personal home, they have always done as expected, they took the trees down, hauled them off and cleaned up the sticks and twigs. Great company!

I mistook this for another “Nelson Tree Service”. This company however was willing to help me get in contact with the Nelson I was trying to get a hold of. They were super helpful and very polite.

We needed a tree removed on pretty short notice before we had sod placed in our yard. Nelson Tree Service was great to work with from start to finish. Their price quote was lower than the others we had obtained. The receptionist on the phone was friendly, professional and helpful. They scheduled us quickly and came on time to remove the tree. There was a miscommunication on my part about making sure the stump was removed on the same day and the guys called and got the stump remover there quickly. The guys cutting down the tree efficient but thorough. We had asked for the tree to be pulled to the edge of our yard so we could cut it up and add it to our wood pile. The guys did not have to do this, but instead of just dragging it over, they cut it into smaller fireplace sized pieces and added them to the woodpile for us! They went above and beyond! I was thrilled. Thank you all so much!

Just watched two of their employees cross 3 lanes of traffic on Stadium near Forum in a truck with a trailer without signaling. I wouldn’t support this business. They almost hit another vehicle and they were laughing at the stop light.
