Eddie Ford’s truck was broke during COVID. They trimmed our trees as best as possible by climbing and cutting. They promised to return and complete the job once their truck was repaired or once their new truck arrived. When their truck was repaired, he would not return to complete the job. I was told by another tree service company, that the trimming A-Fordable Tree Service performed, damaged our trees. I would never recommend A-Fordable Tree Service. Eddie Ford failed the INTEGRITY TEST!

These guys are the best! I’ve called them after every storm to remove fallen trees and debris that I couldn’t do by myself. The crew was friendly, fast and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Called them for tree removal 3 weeks ago. No one returned calls and no one showed up. Avoid this service.

A-Fordable has done great work for me on my property in Easton, MD. They can do it all and provide a great value, are professional. Highly Recommend. As someone that moved it was nice to find someone reliable and trustworthy.

Crew/Workers for this company are very good. In my opinion, from my experience, the owner is not a “man of his word”!!! Beware!!! I would advise anyone using A-Fordable Tree Service, not to pay anything until the job is complete. Unfortunately, when the crew arrived for tree trimming and a tree removal, their bucket truck was out of order. Apparently, parts for the truck were difficult to obtain. This happened during the height of COVID so I was understanding. The crew climbed and cut everything needed that was within their reach. But they could not trim the limbs that would not support their weight…their bucket truck was needed. I was told they would return when they had the bucket truck repaired OR when their brand-new bucket truck was delivered. I was initially happy with the service knowing they would return in the future to complete the job. I even referred and obtained a job for A-Fordable Tree that was a much larger project than mine. When I received the invoice, I withheld only $500 until the job was completed. I usually don’t pay anything until a job is complete, however, the owner was perceived as a “nice guy”, and I felt confident he would return to complete the job. I WAS WRONG!!! The following Summer, A-Fordable Tree was working on my neighbor’s trees. I contacted the owner of A-Fordable, Eddie Ford, and asked if they had time, to complete the trimming on four of the trees from last Fall. He now had a problem and “attitude” with my request!!! He stated that he would trim one of the four trees and expected the $500 after that trim. I had no problem with paying the $500 owed, but four trees needed trimming, not just one! Our conversation ended with him insulting me. Nothing was done and no further payment was made. I’m now in a position of having another tree company complete the job and then suing A-Fordable Tree for the incurred costs. Reflected back to when I first met Eddie Ford, our conversation started with a funny story and complaint about a customer he recently did work for and walked away from the job. I thought his story was amusing at the time but after dealing with Eddie, I’m fairly certain the customer was in the right!!! Again, the crew are really nice guys and hard workers! Although I can no longer recommend A-Fordable Tree, I would recommend if dealing with him, just make sure ALL the work is complete before any payment is made. Don’t rely on promises to complete the job. From my experience, Eddie Ford is not a man of his word.

Fast and did a great job removing the tree—I can’t even tell where it used to be! And they replaced the gravel in my driveway.

I had a tree break & partially come down during a wind storm. There was the probability of it doing damage to the adjacent property as well as our own property. I called A-Fordable Tree Service and they came out in less than 30 minutes. They took down the tree, chipped it and cleaned up, all during the storm for a very reasonable fee. Eddie and his crew were a pleasure to deal with.
