Emerald Tree Care, LLC goes above and beyond every turn. It was late in the season when I contacted Emerald, but they were still able to help me. Then the trimming I asked for was not the best for the health of my tree and Emerald explained the best way to keep my tree beautiful for a long time. Then the team was on-time, completed the work with care for my yard and surrounding buildings. Lastly, there were no surprises. Everything, including the bill, was as promised. Thank you Emerald.

Emerald came out and provided a competitive quote for the trimming we needed to have done. They were very professional while working and made sure to talk to my neighbor to make sure that he was ok with them cleaning up trimmings on his property. The work was great and the tree looks much healthier! Would not hesitate to call them again!!

I have been working with Wayne, Daniel, and Brianna for four years to save a treasured 75 year old ash tree that the Emerald Ash Borer attacked. I am well outside of their service area but they have coached me on the science and some self-treating options, and also visited to inject the tree annually as well. They recently pruned the tree’s damaged parts to re-energize the recovering areas. They have been patient enough to teach me about the EAB and so thorough in their professional follow ups and communications. They are the BEST!!

We have been using Emerald Tree Care for a number of years now and they have helped to extend/save the life of a couple of our trees. They are knowledgeable, answer all my questions, educate me on how to better care for our trees, offer suggestions on new trees to plant, etc. We wouldn’t trust our trees to any other company. Great service, friendly, professional, good value – can’t say enough about them.

In today’s world people are often treated as commodities and finding someone who actually knows what they are doing and talking about is rare. That is certaInly NOT THE CASE with Emerald Tree Care. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about their service and professionalism!!! The owner Wayne White is a fountain of knowledge! He and the company are very responsive and he provides such good information on not just what might be needed but why and how the best way forward for treating issues can be remedied. Wayne has a vast knowledge based on his many years of being a professional arborist. I first met Wayne and his company over 10 years ago when he began treating my Ash tree for emerald ash borer insects. Thanks to Wayne and his company, he has kept my ash tree very healthy and thriving. Thank you Wayne for all your wonderful advice and services over the years. Daniel and his team are professional and did a fantastic job caring for our tree. As soon as branches were trimmed they were removed from the yard. He oversaw the whole project and then reviewed with me. Wonderful service and highly recommend.
