To use a different tree service in our area it would be madness. These guys are beyond professional. Their work speaks volumes about their experience level. I am a real estate agent and I will be recommending them to my clients.

Randy is the owner and he has a great team that are very professional. They have more equipment than some of the smaller companies, so they get things done much faster. Because of this, their rates are much better than other companies. If any damages occur, he will work with you on the repair. Sometimes, damages may happen since that may be the only way to get to the trees; however, they will do their best to minimize damage on your yard. Great people and hard working team. I would highly recommend his team.

Took three months to get service. A and R did a good job trimming and taking down a tree at my home for a lower price than others quoted. The company will put larger jobs as priority making a single yard job like mine as last priority meaning I did have to wait for many months as they said twice that they were going to a larger paying project making A and R not a good choice if you dont have time to let them come when they come. Also if using A and R make sure they finish because if you need them to come back for any reason that will also take many months.

Randy and crew did another fantastic job on my trees. They are true artists when it comes to improving my landscape. Everything looks so fresh and groomed. They are fair on their prices. They are polite and friendly. They truly transform your property

I have used Randy and his crew for multiple jobs, both small and large scale. He just finished up a major tree removal operation at a site that I manage and all I can say is wow! I am always impressed by folks that run an efficient and effective operation, and these guys operate like a machine! Not only did they complete the job in reasonable amount of time, they did so without causing any major damage to a very important “culturally sensitive” piece of property! I am genuinely amazed with the results! The fact that Randy and crew are easy to work with, friendly, and very reasonable as far as fees go is an absolute bonus! In my line of work, I’ve used dozens of tree services over the years. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had a better all around experience than we have had with A&R. This day in age it is darn near impossible to find a company that brings the trifecta of great service, great price, and great people to the table. Randy and his crew certainly do! They will be getting my business for the forseeable future!

The work is amazing! The price is excellent. The owner is a great person and takes pride in his work. I cannot say how much I recommend them! The only reason for the 4 stars is the communications. While the office is very nice, they are very slow getting back with you and I have had to follow up a few times each time I have needed service.

I hate to put any business down but I have been extremely disappointed in their communication as well as agreements. A new employee had been added on (not mentioning any names) owned his own tree removal business and recently partnered with A&R and his lack of communication and work has been consistently poor. I had been WAY more patient due to all the recommendations and positive feedback but over a year for a tree removal?! He finally admitted he forgot.. which I figured. Well now with A&R his price had gone up an extra $500.. ok sure whatever. So we agreed on a price and now waiting another several months and still have a big dead tree in my back yard. Called for one last time before going with another business and they said we can’t do it for the price that was given, so ANOTHER SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS is being quoted. Yea I’m done and I’ll never recommend him for as long as he’s there. I had been so patient and kind but this is not how any 5 star business operates in my books.
