Bob the owner is super knowledgeable and professional. Not only on time but early. When the job was completed a little bit ahead of schedule he knocked money off the bill. I never asked him to and he didn’t have to. That was a courtesy not many businesses would give. Mr Pollino you have gained a customer for life thank you again.

I had Spot Pond Tree Service Inc. and Bob’s crew cleaned and trimmed my ten Coconut Palms around my house. They were very professional and did a great job on my Coconut Palms and the clean up was fantastic. I highly recommend Spot Pond Tree Service Inc.

This business is a total scam. They spent less than two hours trimming my black olive & charged $550. The pile of trimmings was less than 3 feet high. I’ve had companies spend all day trimming this tree for less money & the trimmings pile was 6ft high! Owner is argumentative & doesn’t listen. When I tried to explain anything he interrupted & talked over me. Absolutely terrible experience. UPDATE: As you can see from the response below, arrogance from start to finish. I hired this company for a “major clean out”, because we plan on taking the tree out completely next summer. We’ve hired PROFESSIONALS to trim this tree for 25 years, & not once have I had an issue! To claim I am “ignorant of the job” is laughable. The man who usually trims it retired last year— he would spend at least 8 hours with a helper clearing out that tree, & the pile would be almost as tall as my house. Since he retired, we had to find someone new. We made a BIG mistake going with this company. If you think that measly pile (pictured below) is an “major clean out” worth $550 then you are completely delusional. I’m not the only bad review. All of your listings have bad reviews! I should have done better research, so that’s totally on me. Your average in the platforms is 2 stars & for good reason! Maybe instead of arguing with customers you should try to make it right. ALL of my neighbors were blown away at what a rip off this is! You can call me ignorant all you want, it doesn’t change the FACT that this was a scam job & my neighbors agree! This company claims to be professional, but nothing about this experience or the response here displays an iota of professionalism. Here’s the pictures. It doesn’t help their case.

THE BEST! Licensed and insured, Bob has been pruning my trees for over 5 years now. Always on time, professional and clean. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to trim my trees (and we have ALOT).
