We have used Davey Tree Service for years to care for and prune our trees. Always satisfied with their service. The current crew that cut down a very large poplar tree was Salvador (who climbed to great heights and controlled the lowering of very large cut branches and trunk flawlessly) with cleanup by Santos and Brice. I especially liked the use of an electric chain saw which kept the noise to a minimum. Hard job, well done! Thanks guys.

We just recently had Davey Tree come over to our house and prune our 30 foot liquid amber trees in our backyard. They arrived on time, contacted the neighbors, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They identified and cut several branches that were threatening our house and our neighbors. They are our first choice for emergency or routine maintenance work on our mature trees.

I had an excellent experience with Davey Tree, per usual. I have used their services several times. But due to their location, & depending on the size of the job I need, sometimes it isn’t feasible for them to come all the way out to Concord, unfortunately. For my most recent job, I reached out to them first & also (2) other additional companies.(one I’ve used before, one that was referred) I experienced terrible customer communications & difficulties (for 3 wks) trying to get appts nailed down with the others, so it left me feeling VERY uneasy about what could happen if I actually hired them! So, I listened to “my gut”! Davey is prompt, efficient, great customer service, good staff/crew, fair pricing, & PROFESSIONAL. Having “peace of mind” about their work & the company as a whole is PRICELESS! The crew did a phenomenal job & were SO fast!! My HUGE tree covers (2) of my neighbors’ yards/houses, so Davey needed access onto their properties also-no complaints from them after the job was done either! Thank you Davey Tree!!!🏆

We are very pleased. Your crew did a very good job. Communication with your crew was excellent. They asked for us to comment on their work when they finished working and before they left. Then they did the additional trimming we requested. They did an excellent job on the clean-up on both our property and our neighbor’s property. We’ll definitely use Davey Tree service again in the future. Feel free to use us as a reference if needed.

Patrick can out twice to make sure the estimate was for exactly what I was looking for, and again with the arborists on the day of the job to walk through it with them. The arborists were friendly and efficient, and the job was executed exactly as I’d hope. Nice work all around!

Joe Mantor and Davey Tree were terrific in helping me with a special assignment in May 2024 that included maintaining a large Oak tree’s structural beauty and integrity, while also creating a safe distance from my home. The same job included a separate large Oak tree, and considerations of neighbors whose home and garden were safeguarded by Joe and his team during the large work scope. Joe came highly recommended, and from my first to last contacts, he, and his team, went beyond in each instance that they took care of the work and my concerns, including reassuring me and my neighbors, and achieving superlative results in aesthetic and structural integrity for the two large trees. Patrick and the team did a great job of removing a very large liquid amber located right next to our house and gas lines. Terrific communication with rapid response times from estimate to job completion. The friendly, knowledgeable and efficient crew arrived on time, communicated continuously throughout the work, and left the job site immaculate. Stress free, start to finish. Highly recommend – we will definitely use them again!

Stellar job! From start to finish, Davey’s did an exception job at a reasonable price. The team assessed and removed an overgrown and “disaster waiting to happen” tree. The staff were efficient, focused on safety, and friendly – they clearly love what they do. My Australian Shepherds thank you for the perfect view to patrol the street and I thank you for giving me sunshine to expand my growing lavender and rose garden!
