Really happy with my experience. They were a little hard to book with at first but I exercised some patience and I’m glad I did. Starbuck (arborist) came out and did a great job excavating the root collar of my tangerine tree – I was worried about my plants nearby and landscape since it’s brand new and he protected everything and cleaned up really well afterwards. Then I got an email later in the day giving me information about next steps on caring for my tree. Really happy I went with them and if my citrus trees are struggling in the future I will call them again.

We had this company prune some trees and they looked fine, so we invited them back to fix our avocado tree that had fallen. They took months to come out and finally arrived unannounced. Then, they damaged the yard more than helped. The tree is still at the same fallen angle with stakes mounted to exposed concrete (which I specifically said I wanted to avoid) and they left the fence with a piece torn down. Feel free to look at the images below. I strongly recommend finding another arborist.

Theron came out and his knowledge and kindness were a breath of fresh air. I found him to be incredibly professional and helpful. When his crew came out, they were also absolutely great. Good people. I would recommend Theron and his crew to anyone. Indeed, I have now a couple times and gotten nothing but rave reviews and gratitude from my friends for it

Pro trees did an amazing job trimming a beloved tree in my front yard. They were prompt, answered my questions and shaped the tree beautifully. I wanted a arborist to trim the tree and they provided excellent care and value. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone!!

Recently pro trees came into my neighborhood for some much needed maintenance. The crews were awesome! They displayed courteous professionalism as only a well knit crew of workers can. They trimmed nicely and with an eye for the best look and health of the trees. Cleanup was impeccable, not a bit of debris was left to offend. Very impressed

Pro Trees trimmed two huge trees in my backyard, which were overwhelming the sunshine. They did a great job while preserving their natural beauty. I’m also very pleased with the care they took in protecting my fence and roof, and doing a very thorough clean-up.

We needed a tree removed ASAP! With one quick call we were able to schedule with Pro Trees and hours later the tree was removed and hauled away! Great service! We were in a pickle and they helped us. We highly recommend this service.
