They broke all my solar string lights didn’t bother telling my girlfriend that was home.I guess i shoud’ve took them down but i thought they would be a lil more careful or possibly take them down for me.Didn’t clean up very well left debris all over.However the owner did reach out 2 try & make it right.Says alot about how he runs his company & i really appreciate that.I changed it from 1 star to 3 for professionalism & for being a stand up guy

This company is awesome in all ways! An oak tree fell on our house, and A&T removed it, taking great care to minimize the damage. They even took care to protect our patio furniture under the fallen tree. And best of all, their bid came in significantly lower than all the other tree companies we called. Thank you A&T!

Very efficient, polite, and knowlegeable. Their crew knew what they were doing – we watched them scale trees, use the bucket, and use other tools to trim, remove, or treat stumps in the entire complex of 59 homes. They were flexible with some on the spot and unanticipated issues. We are very happy with their work; very positive attitude, and reasonably priced.

Chip and his team are highly skilled, knowledgable, safe and easy to work with. A&T Arborists really care about great service and do exceptional work. They are licensed, insured and certified and are perfect for jobs big and small. They also do a great job in assessing your property for possible fire danger from vegetation, brush and trees and give you the best plan to reduce your risk.

Right next door to my house & the supervisor doing the work & told me to call so they could come I’ve after they finished their current job! They didn’t have time to trim 4 palm trees really quick with the lift they had on hand! 😞 Will not recommend them to anyone! Save yourself the trouble! I also got a threatening phone call from the owner too about this review!!! Poor customer service, yelled at me, hung up on me, & didn’t even check with his supervisor on scene.

A & T arrived on time today (Shell Beach) with incredible hardware and a crew to match. They seemed glad to fine-tune their work to meet my exact requirements. They removed two trees and trimmed four others. They arrived at 7:30 AM and were done with the work and cleanup by 1:00. When they left, they were on to another job. Unfortunately, they did not have time to address an ad hoc request by one of my neighbors to trim the neighbor’s palm tree (without an appointment). For this, A & T was flamed by the neighbor as “not professional”…not fair!
