I called several tree companies and they are the only company who responded. They came and looked at my tree, said it was really dangerous, and said they would be back Wednesday. They came on Wednesday, did everything they said they would, and left my fence as they found it (almost). I am very happy with this company and I would recommend them any time.

I never could get an estimate from this company. They came out and looked at the trees, but never sent me an estimate. I called and texted repeatedly. finally I realized they did not want the job. They could’ve told me that.

My mom hired them to trim some of her trees and after they completed she paid them without looking at the work, lesson learned. The job was not complete so she contacted them. Initially they were going to come back out and correct it, but they never showed up. Then when she contacted them again, she was told they would return part of the payment which also never happened. Luckily her sweet neighbors helped complete the job. Beware of hiring them for any work, make sure it’s completed before paying.

I would not recommend them. Plus you don’t come to anybody home with a rebel flag on the back of your workers shirts. PERIODT! I’ll never use Rivervalley tree service again. Plus I paid with cash. I was told he would bring me my receipt Friday. I still have not received my receipt yet.

I hired Donnie for two jobs. After getting his estimate for removing a total of 8 large pine trees, I hired him on the spot. He returned my call and was able to do the jobs within a week. He was careful not to damage the fences and other bushes and structures around the trees.
