Usually were real good at yard cleanup but last time the guy mowing my mother’s yard ran over and mashed one of her downspouts and didn’t do some of the job they were hired to. I told my mother to call and talk to the owner about this, all she got was his answering machine and left a message to call her back. Never returned her call I’m like c’mon it takes 2 minutes to return a phone call, not very good customer service esp for what she paid.
