Great service. He was professional and super friendly. Towed our van from St Paul back to our house up in Circle Pines and the price was way more reasonable than any others I’ve used over the years. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there, I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

While I rarely leave a bad reviews, this guy quickly became defensive when i called him out for bait and switch. He gave me two different rates, on three different formats: flyer left in between my doors, email and text exchange. I called due to flyer saying $750 for season. Text said that my driveway was much bigger that thought so they would honor the $750, but that next yeat wpuld be $1250 I said ok. He said and would snd me details via email. The email “details” said $1250. I felt like I was the victim of bait and switch. I inquired and said it felt like bait and switch. Next I was told it was not a “bail and switch, and he demanded I show him where it said two different amounts. I did. He responded that he felt it was not a good fit. As an elderly, disabled woman, I am now truly convinced it was an attempt to bait and switch. I have all the correspondence.

I live 200 miles north and have plowed snow for 14+ years, Dump truck, road grader and pick up truck. and my family hired this company to plow my elderly mothers driveway and it looked like they didn’t do anything besides backdragging what was already shoveled by family members. They either don’t know how to plow or had a new lazy guy plowing that day. A family member called the company to discuss the the matter and see if they could make it right and all they did was make excuses and try to justify their employees bad plow job.

I’ve never used a snow removal service before and realize how busy and stressful the last storm was, but I felt they were short and almost insulting. Maybe chalk another one up to Text Misunderstandings?!

This company pushes snow onto the neighborhood sidewalks and doesn’t clean it up. They also illegally push snow into a public road. I have witnessed these things myself. A good conscience would steer you away from this company.

Shout out to Sandoval Services. My dad has had some recent health issues and I wanted to make sure he didn’t have to worry about clearing his driveway this winter. I received multiple bids and Sandoval was the most reasonable by far, seriously, by far. I am glad I found Sandoval, we have already had two decent snowfalls. Each time it snows I get an email letting me know when the plowing will start and one letting me know when finished. Better yet, the emails encourage customers to reach out if anything else is needed. My parents couldn’t be happier with the service that Sandoval has provided in the first two snows of the season. If you are looking for an honest, hard working snow removal company, you have found one in Sandoval Services LLC. Thank you for taking care of my parent’s driveway sir.
