I’m posting about Nelligans snow removal. I’m the president of our HOA., in Genoa TWP. This fall we contracted Nelligans for our snow plowing needs, 60 driveways, 1 1/2 miles of private road ways, and approx 3 miles total of sidewalks. I’d just like to state a FACT! They are overall doing a good job considering they are transitioning to our wants and needs. Are there issues we are working on? Absolutely, but again transition. And when we have issues, comments and ideas, I go to one of the owners, and guess what? He listens, he goes above and beyond to rectify the issues, and does follow up checks to make sure we are happy. His crew is courteous, respectful, and pleasant. Do we as a subdivision look forward to building a working relationship with Nelligans? Again absolutely. AND they are a local company that hires local employees!

They Definately ARE NOT a Knowldgeable Snow Removal Co. When a Obvious Mistake is brought to the crew mgr, NO Attempt is made to resolve the situation. He felt it was Not His Job to Correct. They think it’s OK to Leave a Whole Subdivision, mosly Senior Citizens, * *SNOWBOUND * * for * More Than 24 Hours * ! ! They Are a Very *INEPT* Snow Removal Crew.

Nelligan’s Lawn and Landscape did an awesome job on our retaining wall. We had an old, rotted, heavily leaning wall that they quickly tore down and built a beautiful bolder wall in its place. This was a big project that required the coordination of many deliveries and equipment. Dan was super professional and easy to work with and answered questions for me daily. His professionalism and passion really made this project run smoothly. I also wanted to give credit to the crew that came out day after day in this hot and humid weather busting their butts. They did amazing work and it is clear that all the people that work on their jobs care about doing a good job. They are all committed to making their customers happy. Highly recommend!

Dan and his crew did an absolutely amazing job! He helped us pick out the right trees, shrubs, plants, hedges and decorative stone as well. They were in and out really quickly, yet paid attention to every detail and need of ours. We love how he designed our landscaping and I will definitely recommend him!! My front yard and back yard both look stunning ..

BEWARE! This company damages property without care. They damaged my yard while working on my neighbors yard. They ran their tractor up and down the side of my yard. I told them they were ruining my yard and asked them not to drive their equipment on my property they said they had to because it was a big tractor. Their idea of fixing my damaged property was to throw dirt and rocks down with seed. I spent a lot of money having my yard sodded just to have part of it ruined and look horrible. I called the owner and he said “ I better lose my attitude” and that he was too busy to do anything about it. Now next spring I will have to invest more money into my yard to repair their negligence. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE.

Dan and his crew did a great job replacing my failing retaining wall with a boulder wall. It looks much better than the old wall and they built it right. The guys took their time to measure and fit each boulder into place so that it looks fantastic. They even moved some of the boulders around because the fit wasn’t exact. Much appreciated guys!
