a year agoStoner has been taking care of our sprinkler system for years with professionals who know their job. During the recent heavy snow I called about snow removal and again I got a professional job done on time. Don, Mike, John and the entire staff are great to work with. Five stars in my experience.

2 years agoThey charged me for services that I had told them I did not want done. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when I had told them I had called and cancelled that service. They had even confirmed with me over the phone they had cancelled the fall cleanup, then said they did it anyway and I owe them money for it. I did my own fall cleanup! The front desk receptionist is extremely nasty. She did not explain to me that when I told her put my credit card on file for continuous billing, that it would not be billed at all for each service. I told her that was why I gave her my credit card in the first place, and all she told me was that I didn’t understand and would not apologize for the inconvenience of getting such a large bill at once. They have bad business practices. There’s no misunderstanding when I literally say I’m giving you my credit card for continuous billing. Why wouldn’t you tell me right then and there?!! I will never use them again, absolutely disgusted.

2 years agoStoner Lawn did lawn mowing and residential snow removal at my mom’s house. They did such a wonderful job at both, and were always so kind to my elderly mother. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Stoner for your professional services.
