For a company that states they are all about customer satisfaction, they completely failed in that regard for me. I booked a one time lawn cutting after no mow May, and agreed to paying for a double cut due to length. They then only cut the front yard, and a week and a half later showed up to do the back yard, and then did not cut it short, but only a single cut. Now, at that time I was content, as they did not charge me due to the mistakes made. So I decided to try them for another single mow, and if it went well I was going to schedule a regular service. I contact to get on their schedule on a Friday, asking to be mowed the following week. They do not ever show up, we go through the weekend, and then into the following week. Almost two weeks after I asked for a mow, someone finally showed up to my home, and then I am told my grass is too long to cut, nothing they can do. I am now left with extra long grass, that I have to take care of, because I thought a lawncare company would actually cut grass they said they would cut. Not a fan.

Naturescape Lawn Care is great. We have them spray for mosequitos and do the fertilizer on our lawn. They are always here and do not have to worry that they mat miss anything. I can’t say enough about Naturscape Lawn and Landscape Care! We have used them, I believe for 3 or 4 years!!

I’ve had their service for multiple years now and have always been very satisfied. After today’s service I just want to say that I was really impressed that they moved all my dog toys, I have one dog that leaves toys outside every time he goes out, off the lawn when they fertilized. That really means a lot to me.

Highly recommended. Incredibly competitive prices compared to others makes this a no brainer. Would love them to add fall irrigation system blowout to the services list and they easily become a one stop shop! Great service and very quick.

Naturescape stands behind their guarantee! Last year when I had some weeds pop up, I called and they came back right away to get rid of them. A lot of companies say they have guarantees, but few seem to follow up on them like Naturescape!

This is our 2nd year with Nature Scape services. We are totally please with their service people and the way they thoroughly do their applications. A previous service, barely walked into our yard when applying the fertilizer. Nature Scape walked the entire yard and made sure all surfaces benefited from the application. We have seen so much growth in our shrubs, even in a dry year such as this year. When we called in with a question, the office personnel was always very courteous and prompt with their response. We will be using them again next year.

We have been using them for several years and are most satisfied with their product, service and guarantee regarding mosquito eradication. The first application this year (2023) failed to eliminate all the mosquito’s, and when advised, were quick to reapply with great results. This most recent application by Jeff was performed very thoroughly with great detail and attention, leaving no area untreated. He is a credit to Nature-Scape and if possible, I would always wish him to service our property. A very personable and approachable young man!! A++++

We had purchased a package plan for the season. They were very good at explaining how it works. But after the first visit we never saw them again, till we called. They were pleasant and apologetic, somehow our account had fallen between the cracks…either way, they said they would make it right.
