I had my lawn mowing and thatch. Very polite and timely. Though the thatched lawn took a bit of extra time, needed a follow up day to finish big the trim. Needed a bit more weed whacking, Excellent job.

Poor communication skills. Terrible workmanship. Thought I found a new small business lawn care service that I could support but he left my lawn looking terrible. I would not recommend. Edit*** The owner of the business responded to my original review stating that he “did express the fact that” he “was coming back to fix the edge later.” I didn’t include a detail in my original review because I wanted leave him with some dignity but the truth is this. He showed up, did what he did, left the work with the edges of my lawn looking like it did in the photos without texting or calling to let me know he was leaving my house. I was not home when he supposedly finished, he did not text or call stating he was done and that he was leaving. I came home later that evening and was shocked when I saw the results of his work. Shortly after, I texted him the pictures of my edges and asked if this was how he intended to leave my lawn…? He didn’t not reply immediately. When he did, he said that he did not come fully prepared with all of his equipment to do the work on my house. So he left. But this is where I drew the line. He then proceeded to say that he thought I could read his mind and that I somehow knew through mind reading that he was going to come back the next day to finish…? My mind was blown. This statement on top of the no communication from his end when he realized on the day of the work that he was ill prepared is why I stated he lacks proper communication skills. He did offer to come back to “fix” his work. But I’m big on first impressions so I decided it was not worth the stress. I work and go to school full time and I thought he could help alleviate this one life household task for me. But the disappointment I felt form his workmanship, lack of communication and excuses isn’t worth a 2nd chance. Also, I mentioned nothing in my original post about the backyard mulch so I don’t understand why he brought that up and felt the need to justify that part. I have all my before and after pictures so it’s not like he had a major project on hand with my lawn. I didn’t even have him pull weeds.

Wonderful work, very friendly and has been very prompt and diligent in their work. 10/10 will be using their services again in the near future.

Ryan accomplishes what he says in a timely manner. He removed the moss in our yard, applied grass seed and peat moss. He will mow when ready. Very dependable.
