We hired Alex to mow our lawn, choosing him over the other services we contacted as he arrived on time to give us an estimate and met our needs. The first time he came, while 5 hours late, he did a good job. I’d give him 4 stars for that mow. The next scheduled mowing he never showed and didn’t respond to our texts nor to our several phone calls. We finally rescheduled for another day at 8 am and he never showed and also has not responded to our texts and phone calls ever since! Sadly we have decided to go with another service. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this is no way to run a business.

Met with the owner in March, and we agreed on a price for yard service, which would start in April. It’s now May, and we’ve yet to hear back from them. Texts are unanswered, and calls don’t result in any action. We had already cancelled our previous service, and now we’re scrambling to get someone for our yard. I understand the busy time of year, but if you can’t support us, just let us know. Very frustrating.
